Is CPI's network service and equipment integration expertise really better than other master agencies?
CPI claims no other telecom master agency has in-house professionals with more experience integrating complicated multi-location network service designs with the advanced equipment bundles being sold by CPI's equipment integration partners.
In 1996, TA began our vendor member directory to put TA members in touch with telecom vendors that seemed to embrace the telecom agent and channel sales partner program. In 2005, TA launched our first Annual "Members Choice" Awards program to give TA members a chance to vote on which vendors they like best in multiple categories.
In 2010, TA launched our "Accredited Vendor" program to take our vendor rating past simple popularity and to really kick the tires and look under the hood to see if there were any serious reasons that TA members or their end user customers should be concerned about one TA vendor or another.
